| Welll, I found about this on internet, its kind of easter egg...
Theres a mission where you have to choose between killing two guys(Dwayne or PLayboy X), if you choose the playboy X you can use his house as a safehouse, and there you find these clothes, that are like the clothes from that GTA 3 guy.
