On your linksys router home page find the game tab or port options tab. You will see "Range" options to specify opening ports.
7777 to 7777 will open port 7777
Dont forget to apply your settings.
(You can see if it is unblocked by refreshing your favs list on sa-mp browser and being connectable... or finding your serv on the internet tab.
