SAMPSE4V 2010

The new server mode is taking a step back and the goal here is to keep it simple while having players be right in the heat of action as quick as possible.
The worst thing about joining any old TDM/DM server is having to travel or waste time to get into some action.

The new SAMPSE4V will be set in Area51 as it was a few years ago. The gamemode concept is simple: TDM: Red VS Blue (Army VS SWAT)
The mode has the following (so far):

//Features

SWAT spawn (10 random): Andromeda in the sky (700 gta units above Area51).
Army Spawn (10 random): Area51 base.
Rank system: K/D ratio / Goal / time played system; 10 levels total.
Spawn weapons:
Menu based with cost and new weapon availability on rank+.
Round time: 20 minutes.
Stealth: Team only radar with enemy visible on radar only when they are talking / shooting / driving.
Death Spectate:
Player cycling with manual spawn option (Press "x" to spawn...")
Player Healing system:
When your player is not moving he can regain health at a 1/100 per second rate.
Special Vehicles: Top ranked players will have special vehicles available for total warfare.

SNiPE, even though this isn't a finished mode yet keep it running so teh sSs have somewhere to chill. Any bugs that could arise will be found by us and reported as usual, although there probably isn't any yet seeing as this is a fresh start. We are your bug testorz.

Bleed had the adrenaline pill on his server. Hard as fuck to hit each other in slow mow XD.

Can we move the plane the blue team jumps from a little closer to the base. Currently to land in the back you gotta pull your chute early making you vulnerable dropping in. If it was lil bit closer we could pull chute later and still land anywhere in the base.

power ups ie unlim health for 10 sec, 1 hit kills, the like biggrin

I can't put my finger on it but something is funky with the player cam. The way it jumps when you go to fire a gun seems glitchy or abnormal in movement. I know its normal on other 0.3 servers c bugging or not. I'll keep messing with it and see if I can find a better way to explain.

Edit: It is there whatever it is as I brought Jahan to try it and he too experienced the weird cam jump. I can't really explain it but its there.

I don't think its lag related as I'm fine everywhere else, even at Jahans server on a 270 ping. Lag has never affected anything more then positions and lead for me. This is a glitchy cam jump that is tricky to pinpoint why but is easily repeatable.

Granted I did some drinking but Dosca and I played for a good hour and a half and I didn't notice it so I dunno now XD.

it happens mostly with cbug for me

I've actually heard a few other people mention that cbugging has been doing weird things to their cameras on other servers as well. I don't think it's specifically a SAMPSE4V issue as much as a .3 issue.
