SAMPSE4V 2010
The new server mode is taking a step back and the goal here is to keep it simple while having players be right in the heat of action as quick as possible.
The worst thing about joining any old TDM/DM server is having to travel or waste time to get into some action.
The new SAMPSE4V will be set in Area51 as it was a few years ago. The gamemode concept is simple: TDM: Red VS Blue (Army VS SWAT)
The mode has the following (so far):

SWAT spawn (10 random): Andromeda in the sky (700 gta units above Area51).
Army Spawn (10 random): Area51 base.
Rank system: K/D ratio / Goal / time played system; 10 levels total.
Spawn weapons: Menu based with cost and new weapon availability on rank+.
Round time: 20 minutes.
Stealth: Team only radar with enemy visible on radar only when they are talking / shooting / driving.
Death Spectate: Player cycling with manual spawn option (Press "x" to spawn...")
Player Healing system: When your player is not moving he can regain health at a 1/100 per second rate.
Special Vehicles: Top ranked players will have special vehicles available for total warfare.
