Dear Mr SNiPE, We are aware of the many downtime periods over the past week and are still discussing it with our network provider.
It's caused by a constant flood of DDoS attacks, a graph can be found here:

To fight these attacks, we are required to switch to a new provider which offers protection against them.
As soon as we are ready to move, your server (and it's files) will be moved and you will receive a new IP over E-Mail.

New IP Address:174.36.235.156:4300
What to do now?
Be sure to configure your server (be it the configuration file or command line) to use the new IP and port.
Once you've done so, you can start your server and it will work as usual.
Important information!
You are not allowed to share your account or password with anyone at all, your servers and account will be suspended without any refund if you do.
If you wish to give other people access to the control panel, use Sub accounts which you can find at 'Tools'.
