The shit about making the loading screen load much faster , somethin about tuning the Nvida...

IF you have an Nvidia card: Go into the Nvidia Control Panel in Windows Control Panel, Select Manage 3d settings / Application Settings / GTASA / FORCE Vertical Sync: OFF = Speeds up loading time. (I don't even see a loading bar anymore)
