I usually have to try 2-3 times before I can get the c-bug to work. I tested it recently (it was either on NoV or SAMPS3RV, either way I never used it to shoot anybody) and it's pretty cool. I've never used it in combat though, and I don't plan to (since you shouldn't have to rely on the help of a bug to win.)
