Here's a GM I just thought of. Grove spawns in grove street. The leader (chosen at random) needs to be killed by the ballas coming to take grove.
After Sweet is dead, everyone else dies. Balla team now spawns at grove. (btw about the heaven thing in grove and canals, use the same with grove)
Grove spawns nearby in hiding places, like the flood canals, or on the bridge over grove. They must go into grove and kill the balla leader. (chosen at random) Once the leader is killed, he spawns in a 'heaven'.
ow if a normal balla member kills the new grove leader, the killer balla becomes the balla leader. Once all the ballas are killed, grove takes back their turf.

The heaven can be the stunt area. More like a waiting room.
