the file opens and the backround that says "loading" appears but then it closes automatically ands ays there was an error in the memory "0x0blablalba" with hl2.exe blalbalblabla

glad i could help out waito , and about that russian , it says that it could be cnaged to english (maybe from game options).
take a look at the options and try to find english.

and if doesnt work , download an earlier version of CSS : http://zamunda.net/details.php?id=74928
then find the latest version.

well you could use google translator from russian to english..

btw "options" in russian is "варианты" . And "language" is "язык" . If you could find these words , find English and apply it.
