Inactive from what? Sampserv? GTA? Who cares!
Example: Mamma. Inactive as hell but I would never consider getting rid of her as she brings GOOD things to the community.

The true colors I am refering to are the posts you create like "I wonder who is next to leave..." or "I saw this coming..."
We don't need to hear this shit.

And for the record no-one talks "behind your back" as no-one cares.

hold on a minute, snipe, some of these members left because they wanted action. sSs just wasn't doing that so they left to find it. if a clan can't meet someones needs, they look for one that does.

now i understand about the stupid forum posts but lets just settle down a little bit. Peca is a respected player and i think he deserves at least some understanding to why he left.

please guys just keep things good. i'm tired of this bullshit that always seems to happen after someone leaves and then someone brings that up.

i want good relations with those ex members who were valuable and worth their salt

I'm not trying to question your judgement, and indeed maybe it's comments like this that you are trying to get rid of, but are you sure that quitting something always shows disrespect? It makes me think of Ford, Chrysler and GM. They all have business models that are less than effective, yet they refuse to give up their ways. Would it be wrong for them to quit how they are running to try a new model? Or better yet, would it be wrong for an employee who will likely be layed off to quit and work for Toyota or Honda?

I'm not trying to start anything here, just me being curious. I'm just confused because you have a bunch of people that want to be part of your community, and you are shutting them out.

Do what you gotta do man, I had good times watchin FattyJ on your server. Good luck with your changes.

If they wanted to be part of our community then they would be. Since they choose not to be, that is their decision.
However it is my decsion to want to keep the internal community prosperous.

Leaving IS showing disrepect to [sSs]. It blaitenly says: Fuck you, I have got better things to do, I dont want to be part or your community. (CLAN)
Thats fine. I understand as much as the next guy responsibilities and desires. But I did not make this website, the server or recruit people to be blown off.
There is no half way point. In or out.

Maybe the next person who thinks they would rather be in another clan yet still hang out here will understand that I am not wasting my time.
This is here for us not them.

Tex, I get why most left cause they wanted "action". But who's fault is that? Seriously, I dont know. I know I tried to be active. The fact still remains that they have to make a decision to type here and say I am leaving for blah blah reason. Cool thats fine. But attitudes seem to change very quick when their is no reprocusion.

I am through justifying this anymore.
